For an animal needing care

MiaLate cannot diagnose symptoms, prescribe treatment or arrange emergency veterinary care. If your pet may be poisoned, has trouble breathing, cannot urinate, collapses or has a serious injury, call a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately. Do not wait for a reply from this form.

What to include

For a correction, describe the problem and add the source or product instructions that help explain it. For a technical issue, mention the page and what happened. Please avoid sending medical records, payment details or other sensitive information.

The form asks for your name, email, subject and message. We use those details to read and respond to the request. See the privacy policy for information about processing and your choices.
